Your order size does not meet their minimum order quantity.
Binance, even when trading manually, does not allow dust trades. Therefore, using q=100% will rarely work, especially on the sell side. You need to test the market you're on manually to see what their allowance is. Most of the time they truncate after 2 decimals. If you had 0.02121212, Binance would only accept a trade for 0.02. You would need closer to q=95% in order to get that right.
Workaround Syntax : The third command will typically fail as you have used as much of your balance as you can. b=sell q=90% | delay=1 b=sell q=90% | delay=1 b=sell q=90%
